I think I was supposed to scribe one of those two days(may7th/8th), but got messed up because Max wasn't there and there was a post of may 8th, so... :(
Anyways both days were work periods and there were no notes, and it wasn't even an important date in German history that I could tell you about... so, just do the acc. math and the ex up to 34

Binomial Theorems
Today we did examples using binomial theorems which is very difficult to explain in words. The easiest concept talked about today was when you have 5C3 you can look on that triangle thingy and you go down the to the fifth row and slide over to the third number in that row and 5C3 will equal the number found in that spot which is ten by the way.

Today, we started into the binomial theorem, but before we did,Mr.Maks kinda scared us with the reality of how many classes we have left in the semester, and what we were going to be doing for the rest of the classes. We also spent a few minutes talking about the exam, which is on June 11th in the morning.

Catch up time!
Being that we have a substitute teacher for the next two days we were assigned to do exercises 31-33 as well as to try and get ahead in our accelerated math. We are to use the math40s.com website to help us on the probability questions we will encounter. Today was our homework check. Mr max went down into the cafeteria so the class would be "free from distractions" while the victim would be judged. basically it was just just a work period for the class up here in the class room and we were given the opportunity to review for the test that is coming up on the the 6th

Today was a work period, so we just did some exercises or accelerated math.
Did you know that in Germany May 1st is a free day, because it is the „Tag des Bekenntnisses zu Freiheit und Frieden, sozialer Gerechtigkeit, Völkerversöhnung und Menschenwürde“, which is German for 'Day of Commitment to Freedom and Peace, Justice, Reconciliation of the Nations and human Dignity', which basically is a day that was chosen by the German Parliament to commemorate the becoming a democratic state of Germany after World War II.

Independent events are events where the outcome of one event does not affect the outcome of the other events.
Also, we talked about mutual exclusive events and mutual inclusive events.
Mutually exclusive events are mulually exclusive if they CANNOT occur together.
Mutually inclusive events that do have overlap in their outcome sets.

permutations and combinations
In a Permutation the order makes all possibilities unique so that 123 is not the same 213. However in a combination only different possibilities count in your sample space so if you have 123 then you have 132 and 231 no matter the order.So if you wanted to seperate combinations then you would need a 124 or a 341.

exponential growth and decay
Well in our class today we finished our notes on exponential growth and decay which was pretty much just plugging in the numbers into formula's we were given today which are on the slides below. Mr. Max also decided to go the dangerous way and finish off the last example question without looking at his curriculum guide, which ended up giving us the right answer, it just ended up being the scenic route there. 












To bad that that the math scenic route wasn't quite as good looking as this picture.
